A hotel in Alsace with a delicious start to the day
As you’d expect of a typical local hotel, we serve a traditional breakfast!
Our generous and delicious breakfast buffet is served in the dining room, which features stained glass windows.
Enjoy freshly baked bread, flaky pastries (which change with the seasons), honey and jams, charcuterie and cheese, all locally sourced, along with fresh fruit and freshly squeezed fruit juices.
And, of course, there’s an incredible variety of traditional dishes from Alsace as well: Munster cheese, pretzels, kouglof cake and much more besides.
Our breakfast is served every day from 6.30 a.m. to 10 a.m., inside or on the terrace.
